cosmos-gui fiware dashboard access problem

I am following below link for cosmos-gui:
https://fiwarecosmos.readthedocs.io/en/latest/installation_and_administration_manual/gui/index.html

Now i am not able to understand mysql part for cosmos-gui and how can i access dashboard of cosmos-gui for my fiware lab account.And also the usage of cosmos-gui.
 pls suggest anything on this?
