Since Orion version 2.3.0 was the stable version available at that time, we went into production on version 2.3.0 and built an entire ecosystem of applications around it.  We understand that there have been many new Orion releases after that with new feature additions and fixes.  Hence we want to upgrade our Orion Context Broker and IoT Agent now.
