[Battery-Pass-Coms-Team] BATTERY PASS - COMMs Meeting from June 29 (Presentation, Notes and Next Steps)

Dear COMMs-Team,

Thanks for having joined last week's COMMs meeting.
Please check the slides and Minutes for the complete picture.
Major topics covered the performed launch of the Brand Guidelines and all
materials, the state-of-art of the website shortly before launch and the
Linkedin account to be filled with life.

With these structures and tools in place, we will now start working on
content and detailed planning.
Therefore, I have proposed the creation of sub-groups and we have agreed to
the following groups:

   - Newsletter & SoMe (Linkedin) - Lead: Cristina, supported by Anastasiia
   - Events & Trade Shows - Lead: Oleg, supported by Andrii
   - Press & Press Radar (supporting content creation for website,
   newsletter, SoMe) - Lead: Kseniia (FIWARE)
   - FAQs (to get ready for Website) - Lead:Kseniia (FIWARE), Group
   members: Ophelia and Franziska (Circulor)

This week, you are receiving invitations to join and/or fill in your
contribution to the content lists I am putting together.

final recurring Teams Call. This was initially planned for the meeting, but
we were not sufficient participants to make this a team decision.

*IMPORTANT*: Please join the Doodle and most importantly the next calls so
that we can guarantee a great collaboration and excellent results in a
timely manner!
For all next calls: Should you not be able to join, please make sure you
have a back-up to represent you, so we are able to make decisions and plan
accordingly.
Action Plan Overview for next 6 months: We will go through a proposal in
the next meeting.
