[CEF-Service-Desk] New Service Desks going to production!

Dear all,

Following the migration of the CEF Digital website on the 14th of March, 10:00 am (see attachment), please be aware that all links pointing to the current Service Desk will be redirected to the new dedicated Service Desks.

In practice, this doesn’t change a lot for you, you will still receive tickets assigned to you and you can find your queue  here (please bookmark it):
