[Cloud-marketplace-proposal] Proposed template for invitation to partners

Hi everyone,

   Thank you for the productive meeting this morning.

   I have produced this sample text for the invitation

to candidate partners.   It brings text that you can copy and paste in 
the body of your message. Note that there are some hyperlinks in part of 
the text, so bear in mind when you copy.

   I use to attach a pdf version of the document describing our proposal 
for public share.   Find it attached to this message.
