[cloud-marketplace-proposal] Status recruitment of partners and request for proposals on partners from east countries

Dear all,

   Short updates regarding partners recruitment:

  * Poland partner OCHK has been approached by Atos as provider of cloud
    services marketplace for the government of that country
  * iSHARE has been approached.  They showed interest but funding schema
    can be an issue (they are non-profit) but most probably will join
    with minor take on budget.  They will propose partners that may
    complement the existing consortium tackling additional application
    domains.
  * Orange has initially responded positively.  I'm running a call
    tomorrow morning with them.

   Something that is now worrying me is that of lack of partners from 
east countries.   Your ideas in that regard would be welcomed.

   Again, profiles we are looking for (all of them are covered, but may 
be an opportunity to add a bit more partners I guess, overall if coming 
from East countries):

  * Organizations that may help us to increase the number of initial
    marketplaces part of the ecosystem we aim at building:
      o IaaS provider (like, IONOS, perhaps some telcos)
      o cloud integration platform providers (like, Atos, Engineering,
        EuropeanDynamics, Portel, TeamDev) who are willing to enrich
        their offering with a marketplace that lists cloud
        data/application providers from third parties that easily
        integrate with their integration platform.   In the case of
        cloud integration platform providers, we are tackling providers
        who are providing an integration platform as a Service for
        specific domains.  Currently we are addressing:
          + Smart Communities / Public Administrations
          + Smart Manufacturing
          + Smart Agrifood
          + Smart Ports
      o Independent Marketplace Providers (i.e., not connected to any
        specific IaaS or cloud integration platform offering)
  * Legal advisors or companies that may have an interest in supporting
    definition of governance and business models
  * Certification companies
  * Experts on Identity and Access Management technologies, particularly
    in connection to Verifiable Credentials/Presentations (we have
    choices but may be space for more partners)
  * Cloud associations (even though it may be a bit challenging for them
    because of the funding schema)
