[cloud-marketplace-proposal] Final name and title of the project - logo

Dear all,

   A short topic to comment to all of you that we finally defined the 
name and title for the project proposal:

    DOME - titled “A *D*istributed *O*pen *M*arketplace for *E*urope
    Cloud and Edge Services”

   Those who haven't yet signed the "Ownership Control Declaration" form 
yet can perhaps update that part of the form.  Please bear in mind.

   DOME brings a lot of nice elements:

  * It is short
  * It sounds strong when pronounced (see UK english and US english
    pronuntiation
    <https://dictionary.cambridge.org/pronunciation/english/dome>)
  * It brings a nice message: with Dome we are providing the finishing
    touch to the building that Digital Europe Program is creating for
    the boosting of trusted cloud and edge services in Europe.
  * In general, is a positive world since it connect to an always
    considered nice architectural element
  * It aligns well with our designed logo which looks similar to how a
    dome is seen when you are inside the building, right below the dome
    and you look up (see comparison below)

   We are working hard towards finalization of the proposal.  We expect 
that we will be able to submit a first draft by EOD today.

   Stay tuned because there may be specific requests coming to you along 
the day.
