[cloud-marketplace-proposal] Grant Agreement admin data: status and actions

Dear all,

thank you for the progress on the admin side we're seeing these days. However, we are a very large consortium so there's still a lot of things to do.
Please find below a summary of pending and ongoing actions per beneficiary (extracted this morning. They might not account for last updates from your side).

We have essentially 4 types of actions:

1. Beneficiares who are willing to involve Affiliated Entities (i.e. Linked Third Parties) should provide asap information requested by Roberto on Monday. If you no longer intend to have AE, please let us know. This is really urgent.
2. Few partners are progressing/completing the validation procedure. These actions are taking the longer times, either on the beneficiary or EC side. Please, be as responsive with them as you can. Thank you.
3. Identify a PLSIGN and sign the Declaration of Honour.
4. Identify the department who will carry out the work [1]. This appears as blocking in the ECAS portal, but should be straightforward for you to complete.

Some partners have been requested to provide financial data and ownership control documents to the EC. As you know, we can’t monitor these actions and the snapshot the EC provided us is now out-of-date, so we haven’t mentioned them below.
