[DOME] LAST REMIND: CA updated version for your comments/approval

Dear Partners

so far only  six partners replied to this email. Deadline has passed 
but, given the importance of this document, we will wait until this 
*Friday, February 3rd, *and if no objections will arrive, this version 
will *be considered approved*.
