[DOME] URGENT REMIND: Info needed to set up DOME Mailing Lists

Dear Partners,

this is a urgent remind to please report info requested for the Mailing 
Lists and for the contact persons in charge of specific roles in the 
project. Please kindly /read the email below and proceed ASAP to 
complete the excel file./
In particular, regarding the ML, for some partners are missing only the 
google accounts, while for the following  partners  no info is reported yet.

Dear Partners

as you know we are in the process of creating dedicated Distribution 
Lists for the project, for which the domain dome-project.eu was already 
purchased. Key to this task is gathering names and contact details of 
all partners and their role in the project. To this aim we're sharing a 
dedicated spreadsheet in the root directory of the Teams (temporary) 
Repository which I kindly ask you to validate (for info already 
included) and finalize (for missing info) within Friday, February 24th. 
Please read below to learn how the file is organized and how to proceed.


*DOME ML subscriptions*

This section collects names and email accounts of all project 
participants for all beneficiary and affiliated entities. It also 
reports the initial set of Mailing Lists (ML) that we foresee to create. 
As you can see, for each WP will be set up a general ML (WP1 ALL, WP2 
ALL, ....  that includes all participants of a given WP), plus specific 
MLs (in many cases linked to specific task(s)). To this initial set can 
(and surely will) be added more MLs in accordance to the needs of WP and 
Task Leaders too.

_/@each beneficiary, please: /_

1)**/add/update the contact persons info /of your team and report both 
the /Company email address /(will be used for the ML) and the /Google 
account /(will be used for the access to  the project repository);

2) add an /X/ in the column of the /ML that each //contact person should 
be subscribed /to.

The above are true also for the /affiliated entities.//

Please note that the column "Global" refers to the project general 
mailing list, which includes all the persons involved, at different 
levels, in the project. This is the ML that is currently - and temporary 
- covered by the "/cloud-marketplace-proposal at lists.fiware.org/" (NB:  
ALL the contacts listed in column "Global" are already subscribed to the 
cloud-marketplace-proposal at lists.fiware.org and, thus, reading this email)./

*Project Roles*

This section is dedicated to the participants of the following project 
boards: General Assembly, Project Board , Steering Committee

/_ at each beneficiary _/please report the name of Partner Representatives 
(that will be included in the General Assembly as per art. 6.2 of the 
CA) and a deputy

/_ at beneficiary with specific_/ /_roles _/(PC, TC, IM, PEO, etc.) please 
confirm (or update) the name of the person in charge of the role (as 
currently stated in the Grant Agreement) and a deputy.


*WPL and TL*

This section is not linked to the creation of any specific ML, though 
key to their organization. Here will be collected the names of all WP 
Leaders (WPL) and Task Leaders (TL)

_/@WPL and TL/_, please report names of who is assigned  to these roles 
for your team plus one deputy per each.
