Dear all,

After sync with Luigi today, here bellow the decisions and actions taken by today in the weekly call:

  *   Production schedule
     *   Nov 6 @ 12:00: everybody clears their own comments in the Extended Abstract
     *   Nov 8 @ 12:00: Kostas and Luigi iron out any remaining issues in the EA
     *   Nov 9 @ 12:00: Clara releases first version of Part B (after discussion in the plenary telco)
  *   WP4-WP5 overlap: Need to clarify boundaries. Telco (only directly involved partners) setup on 6th Nov at 10:00
  *   Concept figure: provide inputs to Giovanni/Luigi ASAP
  *   Be careful with plagiarism in writing: Watch out!
  *   Next call agenda:
     *   Fine tune the migrated content to the template
     *   Assign editors to pending sections
     *   Review and consolidate the WP structure (to be ready for effort allocation)
