[Cossecco] [COSSECCO] New section "Use Cases”

Dear all.

As agreed, I drafted new section “1.2.5  Use Cases” in the Part B document.

I kindly request use case provider partners to carefully review their respective parts of the sections.

Please, be reminded that the deadline for a complete version of the proposal is next Thursday 16th Nov, so please do it asap.
