[ff-all] New Travel Expenses Reports for 2020

Dear all,

we got new travel expenses reports for 2020 from the accountancy, please
use them from now on. (Some of you might remember them from 2018/2019.)

*Reisekosten_Ausland_ein Aufenthaltsort_2020*
- please use 'mehrtägig mit Belegen' for multi-day travels abroad, one
destination
- please use 'eintägig nach Pauschalen' for one day travels abroad

*Reisekosten_Ausland_mehrere Orte_2020*
- please use 'Berechnung'  for travels abroad, several destinations

*Reisekosten_Inland_2020*
- please use 'RK eintägig (mit Berechnung)' for one day trips in
the country you live
- please use 'RK mehrtägig (mit Berechnung)' for multi-day travels in the
country you live


You will find the xls files attached and on the team drive, please always
download them on your desktop before editing. On the team drive you will
also find translated PDFs for each travel expenses report.

I am currently double checking all travel expenses reports that were
already submitted for 2020 to see whether daily allowances changed and need
to be adapted and get back to the colleagues concerned individually.

Fingers crossed that we all can travel again soon !
