[ff-all] Arun as new team member of the FIWARE Foundation

Good morning colleagues,

please join me in welcoming Arun Kannan as our new working student.

Already today Arun will join the team around Gernot to set up our SMART
WORLD of FIWARE (LEGO) in Paderborn where in a week the new digital office
of the city will be opened. Paderborn has just realized the first version
of their Open Data Platform based on FIWARE.

Before coming to Germany Arun worked for three years as Deputy Manager at
Ashok Leyland in Chennai. The company is the largest bus manufacturer in
India.

Arun received his Bachelor of Engineering from  the PSG College of
Technology, Coimbatore (India) where he was also president of the students
union and team lead of the Pegasus Racing Team. During that time he already
visited Germany (Hockenheim) with the formula racing car of the team.

Arun shall take over the role as product manager for our Smart World of
FIWARE and also bring in his Engineering know how into our Smart Industry
domain.

Please join me in welcoming Arun who is an avid reader with high motivation
to explore technologies.
