[ff-all] fyi: Update on GoToMeeting Licences

Dear all,

the two GoToMeeting licences we are having now need to be linked to *one*
person each, an administrator. The administrator is able to set up
GoToMeetings.

One license is with Marketing and will be managed by one colleague from the
team, the other license is with FIWARE in general.

Please let me know in case you need to schedule a GoToMeeting with the
general FIWARE license, I will set up the meeting in the GTM system and
forward you the login credentials and links to be included in the official
meeting invitation sent out by you.

Alternatively, it's also possible to switch to another provider, like e.g.
Google Meet.
