[ff-all] FYI: GoToMeeting Info / Meeting Organizer

Dear all,

problems occurred last week when dialing in to a GoToMeeting.

Please note that the person who sets up a GoToMeeting needs to attend the
meeting in person in order to ensure that all attendees/persons invited are
able to join the GTMeeting - I cross checked with GTM.

In order to appoint co-organizers, additional GoToMeeting licences would be
required, one for each co-organizer.
