[ff-all] Announcement GoToMeeting: Regulator Phone Number Change

Dear all,

GoToMeeting announced that a series of local German phone numbers to dial
in to a GoToMeeting/Webinar/Training will be *deactivated by May 22nd *(please
see GTM-email below*)*.

After cross checking all scheduled meetings from May 22nd until the end of
2020, *the following meetings are* *affected*:

- Wed, June 3rd, 09.45 am: What is an iHub? (Jason, Charlotte)
- Wed, June 10th, 09.45 am: Introduction to NGSI-LD (Jason, Charlotte)
- Mon, June 22nd, 03.00 pm: FIWARE Foundation BoD meeting (Ulrich)

For meetings/webinars/trainings that are impacted a new event needs to be
created in order to grant access to all participants. The new meeting will
automatically include the correct dial-in information.

Recently we were alerted by our telecom provider that German regulators
will deactivate a series of local German phone numbers by May 22, 2020.
This change may impact some GoToMeeting, GoToWebinar, and GoToTraining
users starting or joining meetings in Germany using these local toll
numbers.

*If you have a meeting or training scheduled with one of the following
numbers, you will be affected by these changes. If your number is not
listed below then you should NOT be impacted:*

*Note: this notification has been sent to both account administrators and
affected organizers.*

For meetings that are impacted, the best course of action is to delete the
affected session and create a new event. The new meeting will automatically
include the correct dial-in information for participants from impacted
regions. If you prefer not to delete and reschedule your event, see our
instructions <https://go.logmeininc.com/NN00YXqQ000VwbUkGaG0n2D> on how to
add the new phone numbers to existing sessions. If you choose not to delete
and reschedule your event or update the existing event, LogMeIn will
automatically update the phone numbers in the GoToMeeting, GoToWebinar, or
GoToTraining applications by May 22, 2020, with the new numbers.
