Dear colleagues, As you may already notice, we have the new email footer under your signature. It is a clickable banner. Usually, the footer is automatically changed if we update the new one, but the link is needed to change manually. To make our lives easier, Fernando and José Ignacio have kindly created a new URL that can be configured. So it means if next time we would like to change the link, we could easily do it without asking every one of you to update it yourself. But before that, I am kindly asking you all to replace the current footer. Please follow the following simple steps (It looks a bit long, but* only takes you 1-2 mins*, I promise!). *Step 1.* You can find attached below the new HTML-coded file to insert beneath your FIWARE Foundation email signature. Please *download and open it* *in a browser*. You should see the Smart Cities Survey banner. [image: Screenshot 2020-10-26 at 16.32.55.png] *Step 2.* Select all: *press cmd + a OR ctrl + a* [image: Screenshot 2020-10-26 at 16.33.06.png] *Step 3.* Copy: *press cmd + c OR ctrl + c*. *Step 4.* *Delete your current banner *in your email signature field (Google Mail Settings) and paste the new one in by *pressing cmd + v OR ctrl + v*.
