[ff-all] New Covid-19 regulations for FIWARE

Dear colleagues,

today Germany announced new COVID-19 regulations which are a kind of
'soft-lock-down' valid from Monday on until the end of November.
The main target of these decisions is to reduce private contacts.
There are no decisions directly affecting our operations within the FIWARE
Foundation. This means that our office will remain open.

Still we should consider the overall situation we are facing in Germany
(and all over the world). Therefore I do ask you to work from home whenever
possible.
For me this means that I will not come to Berlin during November.
Again: our office in Berlin remains in operation and for those of you for
whom it is more appropriate to work in the office, this will still be
possible. Our proven hygiene rules in the office remain unchanged.

Thank you for your understanding and also thank you very much for your
continued engagement for our common endeavour.
