[ff-all] Vacation and sickness leave

Dear colleagues,

as we are entering the period of the year where people catch a cold
(although a mask helps to protect) let me provide two pieces of information.

If you are not able to work (in the office or at home) you are obliged to
send an email to your boss copying Andrea. In addition you are obliged to
provide a scan of a doctor's certificate latest on the third day.

It would be highly appreciated if you would provide a doctor's certificate
already from day one. This would enable us to claim back your salary from
the health insurance. This is only possible based on doctor's certificates.
thank you for your support on this for the benefit of the Foundation.

Second point is asking again to consider taking vacation around Christmas
and New Year. When taking vacation please always fill in the form provided
in our templates folder, have it signed by your boss and provide it for
book keeping to Andrea. Also this procedure is important to be followed.

With this I will go on vacation starting tomorrow wishing all of you a
Merry Christmas and all the best for 2022.
