[ff-all] new timesheet template

dear all,

to make all of us happy (indeed, including me...), i made a new version of
the timesheet template which you'll find as the previous one in the
template gallery when creating a new timesheet.

the basic novelty is that now instead of selecting the project/activity
code, you have to select the project/activity name which is certainly
easier to remember ... ;-)
the rest is as before.
