Dear customer,

in order to be able to continue to provide you with Hofnetz services of the
usual high quality, maintenance work is necessary on our fibre optic
network. During these measures, there will be an interruption at your
location as well as in all Hofnetz data centres

*on Friday 16.07.2021 until Saturday 17.07.2021 between 23:00 hrs and 05:00
hrs in the morning **there will be several short interruptions to your
internet connection and to the connected networks*.

The internet supply via other providers (Deutsche Telekom or similar) will
not be affected by this. Of course, it is of great concern to us to reduce
the interruptions to a minimum for you. Should you experience any problems
after the maintenance window, please contact us by e-mail at noc at hofnetz.de
or call our technical
department at 030 440 123 211.

um Ihnen die Hofnetz-Leistungen auch weiterhin in der gewohnt hohen
Qualität bereitstellen zu können, sind Wartungsarbeiten an unserem
Glasfasernetz notwendig. Während dieser Maßnahmen wird es an *Ihrem
Standort* sowie in *allen Hofnetz-Rechenzentren*



   - *am Freitag 16.07.2021 bis Samstag 17.07.2021*
   - *zwischen 23:00 Uhr und 05:00 Uhr morgens*

mehrfach zu kurzen Unterbrechungen Ihrer Internetanbindung sowie zu den
verbundenen Netzwerken kommen. Die Internetversorgung über andere Provider
(Deutsche Telekom o. ä.) sind hiervon nicht betroffen. Selbstverständlich
ist es uns ein großes Anliegen, die Unterbrechungen für Sie auf ein Minimum
zu reduzieren.

Sollten nach dem Wartungsfenster Probleme auftreten, wenden Sie sich bitte
