Dear all,

one important addition regarding the flights to Las Palmas for the FIWARE
Summit.

*Please note : *
If you travel earlier or stay longer in Las Palmas/in Gran Canaria for
personal reasons and leisure, you need to proof with a screnshot like the
one below
that the flight costs are not more expensive than those that would have
been booked for flights for purely professional purposes.

Please remember to additionally add to your travel expenses report a
screnshot that proofs that the (earlier or later) flight is at the same
price or cheaper than the one
you would have been booked for flights for purely professional purposes,
together with the invoice for the booked flight.
