[ff-all] Join DS4SSCC! - Data Space for Smart and Sustainable Cities and Communities

As you know, FIWARE is involved in some CSAs supporting the creation of
Data Spaces. One of these actions is the DS4SSCC. The Comms leader Enoll
already shared some info that may be relevant for the FF staff.
