*11:00 - Start of All-Hands-Meeting together with the announcement of the
new CEO straight away from start*
*11:30 *- Pre-Info: BoD, iHubs, Evangelists (Mailing with Anastasiia)
*11.45-12.00 - *Picture taking (Kseniia & team): Ulrich & new CEO with
handover of 'baton', All team (for those present in Berlin), BoO only.
*12.00* - Mail to all FIWARE Community (Anastasiia, incl the pics)
*12:30* - Upload to our website + Dispatching to press (Antjie/Kseniia)
*13:30* - SoMe & Linkedin FIWARE Insight Newsletter (Andrii)
*From 14:30 / 15:00* - Video taking for the new CEO in the FIWARE (Oleg).
