[ff-all] Table for FF participation in events

Dear all,
We made FIWARE events table for 2023.

This table will be used to follow up our activities and place them into
website event page if requested.
Please don’t hesitate to put there information about FIWARE participation
as host/organiser, co-organiser, exhibitor, co-exhibitor, keynote speaker.
Also put the name who provided info and can be contacted for details.
Please be ready to provide all details to Andrii for posting.
