[ff-all] Message from the COO

dear colleagues,

i can understand your concerns about the situation where we are now.
with this email i'd like to assure you that:

1) nor me nor cristina have any intention nor plan to leave the fiware
foundation, even more, we are fully committed to the success of our
endeavour and we are fully engaged (myself even from my holidays) to
smoothly manage the next steps.

2) the fiware foundation itself is in super good health including the
financial situation. we have a looot of new projects either starting now or
in the very next few months. such projects are giving us not only long term
managerial visibility, but strong support to have our technologies grow and
better positioned. i'd to say that those projects are even beyond our
current capacity so much that we are in the hiring state (actually if you
have good candidates in mind, in particular for the technical department,
please let us know).

of course i'm asking you that we all together, as cristina very well said
during the allhands meeting, have to communicate where and when needed that
in fact the company is in a perfect good health, but as said above, this is
not just to keep the market calm, but because this is the exact situation!

i'm confident and proud of you all!
