[ff-all] URGENT: complete your 2023 timesheet

dear colleagues,

in order to allow the boo to plan the actions for the 2024 and following
years we need that all the timesheet are completed. the situation is good,
but not complete yet as in the following picture (a yellow cell means
timesheet missing or not properly completed):

please complete your own timesheet without any further delay.

for the convenience of all of us i just created a new timesheet template
which fixes a bug and introduces already the new projects that started on 1
jan 2024.

in the next few days, upon the completion of the timesheet, i'll issue the
new allocation table.
