dear colleagues,

following this important email from andrea its MANDATORY when accounting a
travel to a project to provide the proof about the project meeting. those
can be in the form of minutes, agendas, presentations given, or in the
worst case a certification provided by the host of the meeting.
this is not optional ...

such proofs shall be provided by email to andrea k.
