[ff-marketing] Marketing Info: FIWARE Mobility DAY - changed to March 25 (integrated with Smart MaaS Closing Conference)

Hello

The DLTs Date was confirmed and shared with the partners. And we had a
call. Maybe my fault was to do not remove the TBC was confirmed last week
by us in our call (you me and Quy).
