[ff-marketing] Marketing Info: publication on costs and prices

Dear all,

Recently, I have noted in presentations and in mailings or forms that we
publish again communications with costs or prices *without any indication
on VAT*.
This is not possible (it is also against European transparency rules for
pricing).

Please, have on eye on this however very important details to avoid later
discussion with members and partners.

For Greencities:
Please use "500€ (excl. VAT)".
