Dear all, Please find below some insights into *GMass* <https://www.gmass.co/> for mass emailing. Andrea let me know that Ulrich actually has *the "GMass Standard - Monthly" plan* for his own account. I assume this means we have an individual account and not a team account - specific to his email. Not sure if this plan can be moved, for instance, to another email address. I downloaded GMass to have a look at it, but have not synced it to my account because I am not sure how we would be using GMass (ie. team email vs. individual email). *Some more info about the tool that stood out to me:* - Free account allows you to send up to 50 contacts (within 24-hour period). - Free accounts still provide reporting information. - GMass allows you to connect to Google Sheets (I think this is probably one of the most useful things for us). - GMass allows you to send personalised emails (so not like in Gmail with BCC). This means that it can add first names to each email. - Provides an optional unsubscribe link at the bottom of your emails. - Campaigns can be sent as new messages to each recipient or as replies to the last conversation with each recipient (ie. Easier follow-ups) - Premium account for individual (ie. 1 email) is 19.95 / month and includes all features. More on pricing here <https://www.gmass.co/pricing>. *Some other thoughts from my side:* - Is it confusing to use Gmail and GMass via the same account? From what I have seen the plug in adds a few new buttons. - Which email would we use for this? marketing at fiware.org, events at fiware.org, personal? - *Good to mention:* Under the standard setup, Google imposes a limit of 2,000 sent emails/day for trusted G Suite users (which we are not, as far as I understand), *and 500 emails/day for regular Gmail users*. It seems that with GMass unlimited emailing is possible if/when you connect to an external server. One thing I do not understand 100% is if you have to do this manually, and if this is possible with our current set up. More on that here <https://www.gmass.co/blog/unlimited-mail-merge-sending-gmail/> . - Because we are still using Gmail there is no guarantee the emails will not still go to spam, however, the tool seems to offer a "Spam Solver" to help you optimize your emails.
