Dear all,

The i4Trust kick-off has just been closed - and it's truly a pretty cool
project!
Beside the different parties who have presented themselves, we got a common
understanding on FIWARE and the project scope where FIWARE leads many
activities. Also, also some next appointments have been set-up, e.g. with *Nov
6 to be the Communication Kick-off*.

As already mentioned in previous Marketing meetings and in the prior mail,
our running activities may need some time tuning (maybe in some cases some
postponements) to make room for i4Trust as the official starting shot has
been given now.

Nov 6, Angeles will present in the i4Trust team best-practises from other
project(s) and discuss working packages and activities to be followed
between now and the next months in more detail.
In some cases, we will already have a very precise understanding of actions
& timing (like logo, brand guidelines, website, SoMe) in other cases,
deliverables are much further ahead.

Due to the wide scope of technical and marketing activities sitting with
FIWARE, we can already say that *all of us will be involved in this project
with different intensities.*
In the next days, Angeles will *lay out the upcoming deliverables and get
an understanding of working scope and time required, so we can form the
team accordingly*. For this, she may already contact you to check for
availability. Please discuss this with her before we will have the joint
alignment within the overall team.

*As a general guideline:*

   - People will only get involved in the project once there is a clear
action/objective defined (not just general involvement to block upcoming
   months)
   - The team will be clearly defined (who takes care of what)
   - Those taking on clear actions need to please attend to Nov 6
   Communication Kick-Off (from 8:30 - 10:00).
   Angeles will forward the invite.
   - All others are free to attend anyway in order to get a good overview
of the upcoming activities and some introduction to the team.
   - I will align with Angeles on a Marketing team intro and a date when to
   discuss roles&responsibilities.
