[ff-marketing] Marketing Info: Publication approval for COMs @ Engineering

Dear all,

To allow a better information flow for Engineering Germany and Engineering
Italy, I have agreed today with them that all MarCom material that has the
objective to go to market will be approved by Dario Avallone as the final
instance, including the ENG Germany activities.

This is valid for White Papers, Impact Stories and Speaker assignments and
similar areas.

I will take this one, so there is no additional work for you, but please be
aware of this agreement.
