[ff-marketing] Google calendar invites / Screenshots and info

Dear all,

please find the explanation for missed meeting notifications below :

a Google calendar invite that is sent to a mailing list will never show up
directly in your calendar pending acceptance.
If you don't accept the invitation, it won't show up in your Google
calendar.

The only ways to get around this are either accepting invites that are sent
through a mailing list or sending invitations to the
meeting participants directly without using a mailing list.

Thank you for letting me know if there are any other issues that need
clarification !
