Title: Marketing Team Meeting: DeepDiveSession "Smart Cities"
Dear all, From beginning of September, I will invite regularily to
DeepDiveSessions (DDS) of 30 min to cover specific "columns" of FIWARE and
our Marketing team that require constant evolution, brain, growing
understanding and upgrades.These 30 min are added to our regular Marketing
Team Call (right before or after).The approach will be similar to our
STRATEGIC PROGRAMMES that will also make part of this series based on
standardized slides that will always be updated for these DDS and
beyond.All Marketing Team is asked to participate to these sessions to a)
learn with deeper knowledge what's going on in other domains and specific
technology approaches b) contribute with best practises and ideas c) to be
in any case always up to dateThe Series will start with these Sessions for
which there is always one person or small group responsible to prepare and
present (and can invite additional persons where required).The Session must
cover General Strategy and objectives, concrete next actions (next 3
months) and past successes (past 3 months), most important news from the
MSC where existing, role and use of events/fairs, highlights, challenges,
further requirements for growth/improvements, team members if there are,
