[ff-marketing] Charlotte on Leave - Handover Document

Hi team,

As my leave approaches, I have been working on a Handover Document

to hopefully help my successor (as well as the team) whilst I am gone. I
still need to add a few things here and there but the majority is in there
now (I hope/think), including the names of those who are taking over a few
of my tasks. I have already had (or will have) calls with these people so
they are aware. Should you feel like anything is missing then let me know.

My last day is *on Monday (28 June)* so I will be available via email until
then.
