Dear all, This is to let you know that I have decided with Giacomo yesterday that we will extend our Logo Databank Spreadsheet <https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1jzwWueQvtCZjWCTMF-mc7tV1Z14uFUp1aSWRFP9RCk0/edit#gid=1348758141> to a more comprehensive file, a *Members/Partners/MoUs Databank,* so we know the different 'stati' for our "wheel", our website, for SoMe campaigns and PRs, as well as having all in one place when running events, fairs or producing any type of member/parter related materials (Membership brochures, press kits, PR, slide sets, Press Partners acknowledgements...). You can see that Giacomo has already renamed our spreadsheet to *FIWARE Members, Partners and Project Database.* Andrea has done a great job in collecting all *MoUs* and other contract types, so we can slowly fill this info (plus logo!!!!) into our database. I will align with Andrea in a way that we can transfer her survey into our Marketing database and only use one table in the future. *This database will then show and integrate data and logos of * - all organizational members: data source Stefano - all partners (e.g. Strategic Partners) coming from MoUs: data source Andrea - all media partners: data source Val - all business partners: data source div (Marketing) - all projects: div. - Technology partners: still tbd Such categories will be reflected (and fully following this set-up) on our website (for members, partners, R&D projects), currently getting finalized by Val, Giacomo and me. Our data bank won't be perfect from one day to another including all new info, but we will be getting there. Today however, it is *already *the one great source for us to refer to when looking for members/partners and their contract types and logos. *All of you are invited to check for further info, (in)consistencies or new content to add!!!!* Attention: Currently, not all have editing permission.
