[ff-marketing] Materials to be sent to the FIWARE Summit

Dear all, as all of you are asking to me about the address where materials
should be sent, here is what I can share:

1.- Small boxes from sponsors that want to add some brochure / gift in the
summit bags and or media partners, should be sent to:

IMPORTANT. As Anastasiia mentioned, shipments will be checked at custom and
sometimes (in most of the cases) a fee must be paid. This is the difficulty
of sending materials in Gran Canaria and not producing directly there.

@cristina brandtstetter <cristina.brandtstetter at fiware.org> here we need
help from innovalia to pay and afterwards invoice to FIWARE, otherwise is
not manageable.

2.- Big boxes. I recommend each partner to use UPS or similar storage and
they should pick themselves up at the venue. In our case, FIWARE Foundation
I always recommended to produce in situ.
