[ff-marketing] Important change in the summit agenda

Dear all

I want to confirm that the Smart Tourism session and the Smart Islands
session will be swapped (or switched? not sure about the english).

Please make sure that we update anyone involved (Rosemah with the speakers,
etc...) I already informed the MSC.

I guess that Andrii will need to change the times in the Summit Agenda.
