[ff-marketing] Master Template for Training Planning (also for Summit)

Dear all,

As there is a lot of Training Planning ongoing with little information in
flow or bits&pieces only for Marketing, I have set up this form

that I would like you to use whenever we are talking about organizing
FIWARE training.

It can also be used as a checklist.

That's for using this in the future in order to allow us a proper and more
straightforward training planning & communication.
