[ff-marketing] Marketing Info: Work Design Status - Active from this week.

Dear all,

As agreed two Marketing meetings ago, we will return to work with the
established list of Work Design Status, once successfully introduced.

@Giacomo De Panfilis <giacomo.depanfilis at fiware.org>  Could you please
share again the template with all (also our new colleagues) and add the
guidelines of use to it as they were established?
Please also introduce especially Andrii to it as he covers from time to
time design work as well so that he can work in the same pace and with the
same approach. You may give him a little training on this and also show
where his name can go into.

>From this week, the design work status will again be our tool for the
planning of design and design-related work.


As a background info: This tool is much more detailed than e.g. what you
would find on high level at the Funded Project products overview as it is a
real production plan, including also where and when we work to an external
supplier.
