[ff-marketing] Team Alignment Website & Blogposts handling || Calendar entries - between now and then next weeks

Dear all,

For further clarification with regards to our website, issues from the past
and how to work in the following 4 weeks and the future with regard to
blogpost:

*Between now and the next 3 weeks:*
Blogposts will be published only by Giacomo due to the new template use and
process, and in order to keep our website safe until further notice.
Giacomo has prepared a template for this which can be found here

You can prepare your text with this respective template - as soon as
Giacomo has the chance / time, he will upload (see below where it needs to
go).

*In 3 weeks from now until Training has been completed:*
Once Giacomo is back from vacation, we can upload PRs and other content
that may have already gotten out via SoMe or press mailing or published on
other sites (e.g. i4Trust), to then also go onto fiware.org.
We will provide training for a few people in FIWARE Marketing to be fully
acquainted with processes, templates and the do's and don'ts.

*In the future:*
There will be 3-4 trained Marketing persons to be able to then work more
autonomously within the new guidelines for new blogposts - BUT ALSO OTHER
PRODUCTS AND AREAS (Marketplace, PRs, brochures...).


*HOW TO USE OUR NEW BLOGPOST TEMPLATE (valid for all - from now on):*

Create the new file directly from the template gallery of our google
workspace as shown in the image attached. Thanks.

For *Calendar entries*, Andrii already had his introduction and some
written guidelines. So here, we can proceed with new entries.
Unfortunately, all past content has been lost without any chance for
recovery. This bitter pill we need to swallow.
