Dear all,

Where is Angeles approached by the Marketing Team to support our Summit?
Her roles sits with iHubs and any projects like i4Trust.

Of course we all should reach out to all and collaborate, so questions like
Vera to Angeles are fully wanted and part of good practise, but this does
not mean that Marketing team is asking to support the summit.

Please let me know what is going on here while Oleg and I have set the team
very carefully!

fyi, Just to report on my activities. I am dedicating some time to support
marketing people in building summit agenda as they are asking me for help.
Same with Karen Montero (she sent an email to me as well) for the Smart
Agrifood Session where I proposed some speakers and I am trying to involve
the Ministry of Agriculture in Spain because of the expected launch of the
ihub.

If there is any inconvenience, just let me know.

Yes, indeed the ports session should be represented by:

*1.- SmartPorts (Huelva & Mallorca)*
- Coqui García Román, PhD. Chief Innovation Officer at HIADES
- Mauricio Cavalleri, Fiware Expert & LEBDS Expert at PLEYONE

Both of them lead one of the *i4trust experiments *- Dataspace for the
optimization of the maritime-port logistics chain in Smartports, based on
EDI data sharing. The i4trust experiment should be presented by Coqui and /
or Mauricio and it is a specific example of collaboration in Data Spaces
for Smart Ports.

-* La lonja de la Innovación is the DIH*. This digital innovation hub is
100% focused in ports and growing a FIWARE Ecosistem. It is a FIWARE iHub
as well.

Contacts for the iHub:
- Manuel Francisco Martinez Torres - manuelf.martinez at puertohuelva.com (he
will be the speaker in the ports session representing Huelva Port)
- rocio.diaz.pereira at lalonja.tech (shall be CC)
- Juan Marcelo Gaitan - juanmarcelo.gaitanleiva at telefonica.com (Juan
Marcelo leads the fiware ihubs by Telefónica, Huelva (La lonja) is one of
them. He is the one that asked for a keystone sponsor (I am adding CC
Rosemah so she is aware, although she should be :)

Important. La lonja has two hats. From one side, they represent an ihub
that is becoming a one star ihubs, the first one in the EU focused in ports
and that is the reason why they want to pay a keystone sponsor. That means
a slot in the plenary + 1 speaker slot + one panel slot. (One of this slots
should be the one of the ports session by Manuel Francisco)

Manuel is representing the Public Body and he should participate as speaker
/ panelists in the ports session.

NOTE: The person acting as main contact is Lisandra Tamayo -
lisandra.tamayo.espinosa at lalonja.tech (she is the Community manager - in
spanish Dinamizadora)

*2.- Sevilla Port*
Pedro García Gómez -pedro.garciag at idom.com

I am in conversations with all of them for different reasons, therefore if
you contact them please keep me in CC. With Portel/Idom/dicodes I am trying
to get Sevilla port for the smart cities booklet edition 5 + other
activities.

With this people you have the session closed as we do not have more
representatives in ports, as far as I know.

If you are in charge of the session let's talk because I'd like to
coordinate a bit with these people or at least to bring you a clear picture
:)
