Dear team, As I‘m receiving many questions about the process with the speaker's table and their bios gathering. Please let me remind you. Anastasiia already shared this process with you. When you confirm your speakers for the session, you need to check in the agenda table <https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1jbJG9O_lMvW5Kgzjx2RdXF5pmSFp5fHnGjjUnYf7_2c/edit?usp=sharing> (speaker list) if we have already all needed info about this person: work title, contact info, bio, pic. If it's a new speaker or something is missing in this table - you need to request this info from your speakers, mark them WIP status and only when you receive all info turn it to YES. For the bio please send your speakers our template, that should be filled out by them. Don‘t place in the speakers table all massive text, there should be only the link to the text doc with bio. To place a photo and text doc. for bios we have a special folder <https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1A8yZifhjeL8ZWSAj78MxYQa9D4BO4gFp?usp=share_link> where you use or make from scratch a folder with the name and surname of your speaker.
