Dear Karen, Welcome back from vacation! Thanks for the info, most of them have been in the radar already, we'll complete them. However, do not see them with any impact to our DSS conference in March next year. Three comments so we are not getting disconnected between activities on the different continents. - We had agreed in the BoO: We have the strong idea to go to LEAP and most probably to GITEX, so timewise, we need to be careful what to do when, we just have one team and we are not just an event organizer machinery but also work on 25 projects and FF Marketing (at least where FF Marketing is needed). - When we do fairs for the first time, they naturally take more time due to further community collaboration than for repetitive editions and getting to know all stakeholders, plus our budgets are limited. Some of the fairs will need to see FIWARE as speakers or co-exhibitors, not as a booth 'owner'. - Attention that we do not only look into Smart Cities around the globe. We are risking to loose out on all other verticals, our MSC are small in the other sectors, members want to see us in the respective verticals, otherwise, we are becoming FF for Smart Cities only. Please, look into a balance for LATAM, e.g. adding Agri or Water.
