[ff-marketing] Marketing Info - Placeholder for meetings this upcoming Friday in Berlin offices & online

Dear all,

There is a good chance, the BoO can make some announcements this week.
For this reason, I would like you to block your calendars in such a way:

   - All Marketing team members *living in Germany* will come *this Friday
   to the offices from 9 to ca. 16h. *
   - All Marketing team members *not living in Germany* and not being in
   Berlin by chance, will receive an online invitation (valid e.g. for Madrid,
   Catania, Kiev). Slot still to be defined.

We are still in preparation mode, so I cannot give further info on the
slots yet, but in order to organize yourselves, I wanted to anticipate this
invitation as much time as possible.

For those coming from other areas in Germany but Berlin, please check with
me directly if hotel is needed.

As soon as I can, I will specify further the final times.
Myself will be Berlin offices from Dec 14 to 15.
