[ff-marketing] Berlin on strike

Dear all,

As we have already started the DSSC meeting, I can drop a more detailed
message only now.

All flights to/fromBerlin have been cancelled for Wednesday harming any
agenda thought of for Thu and Wed, meaning

   - Cristina, Tonia, Oleg, Tonia, Clara won't be able to fly to Berlin
   Wednesday evening,
   neither we can anticipate our meetings to arrive a day earlier
   - Giacomo arriving from Milan (I know who wanted or rebooked already,
   but if half of the team cannot make it, it does not make any sense)
   - It does not make sense to travel on Thursday as half the world will
   reschedule (so hard to bring all into Berlin in the early morning),
   additional, cutting our meeting by half day and finishing anyway Friday
   with lunch will make us spend more time travelling than we can effectively
   use.

*Therefore, I am asking all of you this morning to please:*
- get your flights rescheduled or reimbursed or a coupon
- cancel hotels if possible without any late cancellation fee

All meetings will be rescheduled as soon as we know when the team can be
again available.
The so important Summit meeting will need to happen differently, but allow
me a day or two to send you an update.
