[ff-marketing] FGS Summit : Dinner Opening doors from 19:30, buffet will open ca. 20:30

Dear all,

Please remember, the dinner event will start from 19:30 allowing people to
come in and drink and grab some food.


*Please do NOT give the info we would start at 20h, *as we would then lose
people to their hotels as they may believe they had a lot of time!
We want ALL people to stay in Rathaus and move from the last session to
"MINGLE & ANNOUNCEMENTS" to then to the buses from 19:30 onwards with buses
every 30 min.

Dinner logistics are a very sensitive topic that need acribitc planning and
and very strong guidance - AND A TOTALLY CLEAR MESSAGING.

As it was not possible to give the correct timings in the call, please find
all in this document.
