Dear all,

here are some notes from our call regarding the summit location Rathaus in
Vienna:

   - Unfortunately we can´t start with the built up on Sunday
   - Built up on Monday 6:00 h
   - An event with 500 people requires 2 doctors and ambulance on site
required à Bernhard will take care of it
   - In all rooms we will have seats in rows, a beamer and a beamer wall
   - For set up we can use the freight elevator à we will get a map with
   measures of the elevator
   - There also is a people elevator
   - Rathaus has free WiFi à we need to put up displays with the name of
   the wifi, no password necessary.
   - When laptops go into sleeping modus, the wifi-connection gets lost à
we need to inform people about that
   - @Henni: please have this in mind for the Lego model, a network
connection is possible but the need instructions where exactly we need it.
The Lego model will be in the big room on the right side, at the very end
left à I think Rosemah already put it into her draft
   - Rathaus has 4 microphone we can use
   - Also a possibility to wire up a moderator with a head-set
   - Entrance of the event is Lichtenfeldgasse 2 à we should put this and
driving / public transport information on the name badge or similar
   - The registration for the event will be upstairs. Follow “Feststiege 1”
   - For the roll-ups on the walk of fame electricity will be organised so
we can also put up lights.
   - A couple of weeks/days before the event we should mark in the map of
the “Rathaus” where we need electricity
   -

Sorry for the sloppy style of the notes...

This is just to keep you updated.

Regards

Vera
